Senior Lead Developer (5–7 Years)

Key Responsibilities:
Write high-quality, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code across the full stack (Frontend, Backend, Database, Cloud).
Lead by example in implementing best practices for coding standards, testing, security, and performance.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with the founder/project manager to understand requirements, estimate effort, and define technical tasks.
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and knowledge sharing.
Help team members overcome technical challenges and develop their problem-solving skills.
Contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with client needs and best practices.

Required Qualifications:
Significant Experience: 5-7+ years of professional software development experience, delivering complex web and/or mobile applications.
Full-Stack Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience across multiple layers of the stack (Frontend: React/Vue/Angular; Backend: Laravel (PHP) /Node.js/Python/Java/.NET; Databases: SQL/NoSQL).
Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead development efforts on projects, manage technical tasks, and ensure successful delivery.
Mentorship Aptitude: Demonstrable experience and genuine passion for mentoring and guiding less experienced developers.
Solid Architectural Understanding: Good grasp of software design patterns, API design, and principles of scalable and maintainable systems.
Cloud Familiarity: Experience deploying and managing applications on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
DevOps Awareness: Understanding of CI/CD principles, containerization (Docker preferred), and version control (Git).
Agile Experience: Comfortable working within Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Excellent Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical concepts, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate effectively with team members and potentially clients.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to debug and resolve complex technical challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:

Deep expertise in one or more specific areas of our tech stack (e.g., expert-level Laravel (PHP), React and Node.js).
Experience with AI/ML technologies or integrating AI services (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API).
Experience setting up or significantly improving CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with microservices architectures.
